Tested To Destruction
At the V12 laboratory we test our footwear to the extreme. We run over our shoes with cars, drop heavy weights on them, submerge them in water and pull them apart. If they survive our gauntlet of over 50 tests, we then send prototypes to wearers in the field who report back on comfort and ease of use. Only then is a V12 shoe or boot deemed worthy enough to be called ‘Full Strength Footwear’.

Why We Test
We give our footwear a hard time. To us that’s important, because we need to know it can be pushed to the limit and still deliver. It gives you confidence in your footwear and it gives us pride in our products. We’re always improving our products with new materials that become available or state of the art production advances, so we re-test whole ranges on a regular basis – no compromises.
Don't Just Take Our Word For It
The full V12 range has been tested and certified for EN ISO 20345:2011. We’re pleased to say that every design exceeds the new standard. But we didn’t stop there – we have independently tested our footwear on specific surfaces such as Kennedy grating
