Step By Step Design

Our products may be hard wearing and tough, but from a design perspective they're extremely sophisticated.

Once we've got the key features of fit, comfort, flexibility and traction in place, we add layer upon layer of design features depending on what the boot or shoe is used for. Each boot is a unique combination of materials and components that perform together fluidly.

Our Soles

Flexlite

A special dual density Phylon/Rubber compound and unique tread pattern ensures high traction on virtually any surface. Deep water clearance channels and sharp edge cleats give superb grip in wet and muddy situations. The hexagon pattern ensures good slip resistance on flat surfaces. One of the highest slip resistant soles and we have also proved this to have high slip resistance on scaffold board and kennedy grating. A defined heel breast provides anchorage when working on ladders.

Powerflex

A tough rubber outsole that is oil and heat resistant and highly flexible from the first time it is worn. This rugged sole is lockstitched to the upper using a traditional method through the sole welt to ensure one of the strongest bonds.

Vital X

Highly flexible Phylon/Rubber outsole with a unique slip resistant pattern. A reinforced airbag heel system provides daylong comfort and increased shock absorbancy in the heel region.

Dual density PU/Rubber sole which gives outstanding levels of slip resistance. Heat and chemical resistant, this sole unit is suitable for a wide variety of applications. We have also tested this product on familiar industry surfaces with outstanding results. A defined heel breast provides anchorage when working on ladders.

Dual density lightweight and flexible PU/PU sole unit. A cushioned midlayer provides extra cushioning for daylong comfort. The unique design incorporates multi-directional cutting edges and water dispersal channels to provide high slip resistance. A defined heel breast provides anchorage when working on ladders.
